Ellen is the managing partner of Ellen Binen-Milbrod CPA LLC
and has practiced public accounting for over 38 years. She is a licensed certified
public accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York ,
Illinois and Florida.
Ellen received her Bachelors of Science degree from New York University, Stern School of Business, Cum Laude in 1981. She began her career at JH Cohn LLP, and worked as an acting tax manager for KPMG LLP, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. She is also known for her work as an Independent Consultant to various small, local CPA firms throughout New Jersey and New York.
Ellen provides various accounting, tax and business advisory services to closely-held and family owned businesses including restaurants, franchises, consultants, medical professionals, legal professionals, retail industries, wholesale industries, contractors, real estate companies, insurance agencies and brokers, health and beauty professionals, karate, dance and music schools, and service organizations.
Ellen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey State Society of CPA’s, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Manatee Chamber of Commerce and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
